Opening The Door

Today, I have learned to take my time with any changes that may occur in my life. I give myself a chance to fully understand the impact of change on me and life. I have learned how to set boundaries, and how to express my love for others. I have learned, and trust in, the many blessings which God has bestowed on me. I have learned that “my mistakes of yesterday can be stepping stones for tomorrow if I do something about them today.” I have been led to a higher path, to a higher expectation of myself as a loving member of AA. My life today is about being kind, loving, and trusting in God, my Higher Power. But first comes understanding and learning the importance of being of service to myself…..that I might then be of service to others. I am now able to Let Go and Let God!

  2. Everything changes. But, when I was drinking it seemed that nothing changed. I woke up sick and determined not to drink, around 4 I would start thinking about that final drunk. One more time and that’s it. Next day, wake up sick, etc. I was living one day at a time but that day was tomorrow. Now I live for today. What can I do today? What can I change today? What can I accept today?

  3. Top of the morning family,
Divine Mercy doesn’t force the door open for me. He waits patiently. He waits with forgiving/loving arms. No one is beyond His mercy. His grace for Divine Life is on the other side. He can only enter if I open the door. The double secret probation back door key is: Give us this day, our daily bread.
His truth is the door for unlimited hope/opportunity.
His way is the pathway to victory.

Its a good day for something good will happen.
